“I’ve always known the importance of exercising and used to be pretty good about. I wasn’t as young as I used to be and exercise just seemed so difficult. Dr. Cain pointed out the importance exercising for a healthy brain and he set out small baby steps, goals that I could achieve. I was able to achieve the goals which had me much more encouraged. I started finding out I was getting more energy, and able to do more and more, and it’s just made a huge improvement overall in my life. And I look forward to doing more than I am now.”
