We offer wellness programs that are designed to educate, engage and entertain seniors particularly as it pertains to improving brain health! Programs can be done in person, virtually via Zoom or on-demand via video.
This highly interactive class meets every Tuesday from 5-6pm PST.
The goals are for each participant to:
